Flavah's Beauty Shipping Policy

At Flavah's Beauty, every order is carefully prepared to make sure it arrives looking just as good as it does online. We appreciate your patience while we package your order with care.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been packaged and shipped.

In-Stock Items

Items that are currently in stock typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as Pre-Order are made available before they are ready to ship.

Please allow 7–21 business days for pre-order items to be processed and shipped.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Flavah's Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your package.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Flavah's Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
