Flavah's Beauty Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 16, 2026

At Flavah's Beauty, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives fresh, beautiful, and ready to serve. Because our lip products are considered personal care and cosmetic items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Returns

For the safety and hygiene of all customers, we do not accept returns on:

  • Lip glosses

  • Cosmetics

  • Beauty products

  • Opened or used items

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we're here to make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@flavahsbeauty.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund, if appropriate

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Flavah's Beauty is not responsible for packages marked Delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll gladly help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly to get your Flavah's favorites to you as soon as possible.

Because of this, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been processed.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

  • You receive an incorrect item that cannot be replaced.

  • Your order arrives damaged and a replacement is unavailable.

  • Your order is canceled by Flavah's Beauty.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
